Product Description
To be paired with the Sunstone CD Welder, the Sunstone Parallel Weld Heads are ideal for battery pack manufacturing applications, like battery tab welding, prismatic battery assembly, and other welding applications. Each electrode’s pressure can be individually adjusted to ensure a strong weld from the spot welder.
The pneumatic weld heads require an air compressor, and any size compressor will work as it already come equipped with a pressure regulator. Spot welds are quickly and easily made with each compression of the included foot pedal switch.
The manual weld heads require a manual lowering of the weld head. Pressing on the pedal results in smooth vertical head travel for precision and control during welding.
