Product Description
To be paired with any of the Sunstone Resistance Welder, the Sunstone Opposed Weld Heads are ideal for general fine spot resistance welding. Be it welding on copper wire to relay leads, electrical terminals to solid wire leads, prismatic battery assembly, and etc. The weld head’s electrodes pressure can be adjusted to ensure a strong weld.
The pneumatic weld heads require an air compressor, and any size compressor will work as it already come equipped with a pressure regulator. Spot welds are quickly and easily made with each compression of the included foot pedal switch.
The manual weld heads require a manual lowering of the weld head. Pressing on the pedal results in smooth vertical head travel for precision and control during welding.
